The Growth Platform for Churches and Ministries
Streaming, giving, first-timer follow-up, and your members, on one platform built for how ministry works across Africa.
Trusted by the Next Generation of Churches
Built for churches that want to simplify ministry without sacrificing connection.
One platform. Every ministry workflow.
Everything a growing church needs. One connected platform.
Your people, your services, and your giving should not live in five apps and three phones. Tap through what's actually inside.
Live Streaming
Go live in one tap. Audio-first streaming that stays clear on a weak connection, with auto-reconnect so a dropped signal never ends your service.
Sermons & Podcast
Every service you stream becomes a sermon episode automatically, on a real feed ready to submit to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and more.
Bulk SMS & WhatsApp
Reach everyone where they already are. Broadcast the moment you go live, send a mid-week word, or message a single group.
First-timer Follow-up
Welcome every guest automatically while the visit is still fresh. A ready-made sequence reaches out by SMS or WhatsApp, with opt-outs handled for you.
Giving
Offerings settle into your church's own account, in Naira, never to us. Track funds, recurring givers, and giving as a share of your offering.
Members
One record per person: contact and giving history together. Know who is here, who is missing, and who to reach.
Workers
Your whole volunteer team in one place: schedules, leave, and follow-up tasks.
AI Studio
Turn one sermon into a title, description, and clips in minutes. A small team that will produce like a media department.
Stop paying for five tools that don't talk to each other.
Most growing churches run on a patchwork: a streaming page, a podcast host, a giving link, a bulk-SMS account, a WhatsApp app, and a members list that is always out of date. Five logins, five bills, none of them agreeing.
LaudrChurch replaces the stack. One platform, one bill.
Your church already runs on WhatsApp. So does LaudrChurch.
WhatsApp is how your people find out you are live, how first-timers get welcomed, and how you reach members who never open email.
From sign-up to Sunday in three steps.
Set up your church
Create your account and add your church in minutes. No media team, no installation, no IT.
Bring in your people and giving
Import your members and connect your church's account. Everything you already have, in one place.
Go live and grow
Stream your service, follow up with every first-timer, and receive giving automatically. LaudrChurch handles the rest.
Most churches are up and running before their next service.
We built this because African churches deserve better tools.
Most of the tools available to churches here were built for somewhere else, or they were built for church tech teams that don't exist outside a handful of megachurches. Everyone else was stuck stitching together a streaming link, a spreadsheet, and a WhatsApp group, and still losing track of the first-timer who visited three Sundays ago. We started LaudrChurch because we kept meeting pastors doing this work manually, on their own phones, at midnight. It's built for how African churches actually run, not how software companies assume they do.
When it is your church's money and your people's data, trust is the product.
Giving to your own account
Offerings settle directly to your church, in Naira. We never hold your money.
Your data stays yours
Export your people and giving history anytime.
Encrypted and NDPR-aware
Built with Nigeria's data-protection expectations in mind.

Tell us about your church.
This personalises your dashboard, your welcome bundle, and your giving page.
Connect your WhatsApp community.
This is how people find out you're live, and how your welcome team hears about a first-timer in seconds.
Importing the group brings in numbers only, no chat history or personal messages. A first-timer joins going forward only if they say yes at capture.
You're all set, Grace Chapel.
LaudrChurch is ready. Three things stand between you and a fully live service.
Built for the church, not around it.
Most software made for ministries was built for offices first, then adjusted for ministry. We started from the opposite direction.
Why we exist.
LaudrChurch began with a simple observation: the ministries doing the most for their communities across Africa were running that work on tools built for someone else's problem. A payment app that never heard of a building fund. A messaging tool with no idea what a first-timer is. A spreadsheet standing in for a member directory, updated by hand, usually late.
None of that is a failure of the people running it. It's a gap in the tools they were given. So we built the thing that should have existed already: one platform where streaming, giving, follow-up, and communication work together, because they were designed together.
We started in Nigeria and are building outward across Africa on purpose, not as an afterthought. That means designing for a connection that drops mid-service, for a volunteer team with no IT department, and for a treasurer who needs the numbers to be right the first time, not eventually.
We don't think of ourselves as a ministry management company. We think of ourselves as infrastructure, the unglamorous, dependable layer underneath the parts of ministry that actually matter: the visitor who came back, the gift that arrived safely, the sermon someone needed to hear twice.
We don't think of ourselves as a ministry management company. We think of ourselves as infrastructure.
How we got here.
A short platform, built one real problem at a time.
The idea
Watching a growing church try to hold itself together with a WhatsApp voice note for Wednesday's sermon and a notebook for Sunday's offering.
The first build
A simple streaming and giving tool for a handful of ministries in Nigeria, built to survive a connection that drops mid-service.
Where we are now
Sermons, first-timer follow-up, and bulk messaging joined the platform. LaudrChurch now works across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Namibia, and South Africa.
What's next
More countries, deeper local payment coverage, and a platform that gets simpler as it gets more capable, not the other way round.
Where we're headed.
Three things we're building toward next.
Payments
Deeper local payment coverage in every country we operate in.
Podcast
A richer listening experience for members, not just a feed for admins.
Insight
Numbers that tell a pastor what's working, not just what happened.
What we hold ourselves to.
Four commitments that don't move, no matter how fast we grow.
Your money is yours
Giving settles to your ministry's own account. We are not a custodian of your funds, and we never will be.
Built for the connection you have
Not the one we wish you had. Every feature is tested against a weak network before it ships.
Africa first, not Africa eventually
Local payment rails, local pricing, and product decisions made with African churches in the room.
Simple enough for volunteers
If your team can use WhatsApp, they can run LaudrChurch. No manual, no training day required.
If this sounds like what you've been missing.
We'd like to build it with you.
Terms of Service
Last updated January 2026.
The basics
Who this applies to
These terms apply to your church's admin account, every team member you invite, and every branch you connect under a denomination account. Your church is responsible for making sure everyone with access follows them.
Using LaudrChurch
Your church can use LaudrChurch to stream services, manage members, collect giving, run first-timer follow-up, send bulk SMS and WhatsApp messages, and publish sermons as podcast episodes, as long as you stay within these terms and the law in your country.
Your data, your responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the member, first-timer, and giving data you upload, and for having a lawful reason to message every phone number and contact in it.
Free and paid plans
The Forever Free plan covers up to 100 members with 20 free SMS and WhatsApp messages a month, plus streaming billed per minute. Starter adds 1,000 members with 200 free SMS and 200 free WhatsApp a month. Growth goes further with 500 free SMS and WhatsApp, plus priority support. Streaming minutes are purchased as needed on every plan.
Using the platform
Live streaming and sermons
We don't store your sermon audio. When you go live, the recording stays on your own device or connected storage; we generate the listen link and, if you choose to export it, the podcast RSS feed. Linked audio must be yours to distribute.
Bulk SMS and WhatsApp
Messaging credits are used for broadcasts and automated follow-up sequences. You're responsible for only messaging people who've consented to hear from your church, and for following WhatsApp's own business messaging policies.
Multi-branch and denomination accounts
If your church operates more than one branch, the headquarters account may view aggregated membership and giving figures across branches. Each branch remains responsible for its own member data.
Acceptable use
Don't use LaudrChurch to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to process giving on behalf of an entity you're not authorized to represent, or to attempt to access another church's data.
Money and billing
Giving and payments
Giving settles straight to your church's own bank account through our licensed payment partners. We never hold or custody your funds, not even briefly, and take a service fee shown to you before you connect a payout account.
Plans and billing
Starter and Growth are billed quarterly or annually, there is no monthly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel from Settings before it renews.
SMS and WhatsApp credits
Credits are purchased separately from your subscription, priced in your local currency, and don't expire. Credits are non-refundable once a message has been sent using them.
Account suspension
We can suspend accounts used for unlawful messaging, payment fraud, or abuse of the platform. We'll give notice first wherever that's reasonably possible, and won't touch funds already settled to your bank account.
Legal stuff
Intellectual property
LaudrChurch and its brand belong to Wokpa Audio Services. Everything you add, sermons, member records, your church's name and content, stays fully yours.
Limitation of liability
LaudrChurch is provided as is. We work hard to keep streaming, giving, and messaging reliable, but we're not liable for losses arising from outages, third-party payment or messaging providers, or misuse of the platform by you or your team.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, after reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or illegal activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any data protection rights you hold under your own country's law.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms as the platform grows, and email your admin ahead of any change that materially affects you.
Indemnification
Your church agrees to cover reasonable costs we incur defending against a claim arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or content you upload without the right to do so.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The unenforceable part will be read to reflect its original intent as closely as the law allows.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page, are the whole agreement between your church and LaudrChurch, replacing any earlier discussions or agreements on the same subject.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@laudr.church.

What we collect
Account and church details
Your name, email, and phone number as the admin, plus your church's profile: name, address, country, timezone, logo, and service times.
Member and first-timer records
Whatever you add to your directory, names, phone numbers, department, and visit history for first-timers you capture.
Giving records
Transaction history for gifts made through the platform. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials ourselves; those are handled directly by our licensed payment partners.
Sermon links, not sermon files
We store the link to your recording and its episode details, title, speaker, date. We do not store or host the audio file.
Usage and device data
Basic technical data, like browser type and general location, used only to keep the platform reliable and secure.
How we use and share it
How we use it
Only to run the service, streaming, giving, follow-up, messaging, and to make it more reliable over time. We don't sell member or giving data. Ever.
Who can see it
Just your church's own team, based on the roles you assign them. No other church on LaudrChurch can see your data, and neither can we, beyond what's needed to support you.
Third parties we work with
Payment processing, SMS delivery, and WhatsApp Business messaging run through licensed partners who only ever receive what's needed to complete that specific transaction or message.
Cookies and analytics
We run basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used and catch problems early. No cross-site ad tracking, no selling your activity to advertisers.
Marketing communications
We may email your admin about product updates. You can opt out of anything that isn't a required service notice at any time.
Your rights and choices
Access and correction
You can view and correct your church's member, giving, and account data directly in the dashboard at any time.
Export and deletion
Export or delete your church's data whenever you want, straight from Settings, or by reaching out to support. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable window.
Data about your members
If a member or visitor asks your church to correct or remove their information, that request should come to your church admin first, since your church controls that data. We'll support you in fulfilling it.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward in case you'd like to reactivate, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Other important details
Children's privacy
LaudrChurch accounts are for church admins and members, not for children to hold directly. If your church records details about children in ministry (Sunday school, youth programs), that data is controlled by your church, and you're responsible for having appropriate parental consent.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy as the platform grows, and note the new effective date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to your church's admin in advance.
Contact us
Questions about this policy, or a request to access, export, or delete your data, can be sent to privacy@laudr.church.
Data Protection
Last updated January 2026.
Roles and responsibilities
Your church is the data controller
Your church decides what member and giving data to collect and why. We act as the data processor, handling it only on your instructions, through the platform.
Applicable law
We build toward data protection law in every country we operate in, including Nigeria's NDPR, South Africa's POPIA, Kenya's Data Protection Act, and equivalent regulations in Ghana, Rwanda, and Namibia.
Sub-processors
We use vetted, licensed partners for payment processing, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery. Each is contractually bound to the same data protection standards described here.
How we protect your data
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is locked down by role, so a volunteer account can't see what an admin sees. We don't store sermon audio, only the links to wherever you or your stream already keep it.
Access controls
Every team member you invite gets a role-based permission level. Removing someone from your team revokes their access immediately.
Data retention
Your church's data stays as long as your account is active, and is deleted within a reasonable window after closure, if that's what you ask for.
Cross-border transfer
Because we operate across several African countries, your data may occasionally be processed outside your own, always under these same protections and never outside our approved sub-processors.
If something goes wrong
Breach notification
If a data breach ever affects your church, we'll notify your admin team without delay, not once it's convenient, along with what we know and what we're doing about it.
Data protection contact
Questions about how your church's data is handled? Reach our data protection team directly at privacy@laudr.church.
Your right to a copy of this policy
A data processing agreement covering these terms is available on request for churches that need one for their own compliance records.
